Death in Paradise is a British-French crime drama. The lighthearted television series is set on the fictional Caribbean island of Saint Marie. Each plot opens with the lead up to a murder. The investigating DI goes through the episode gathering broken pieces of evidence looking at possible suspects. It is only at the end that he has a sudden moment of clarity, Angela Lansbury style. This results in the revelation of how the murder took place and the ultimate “Who did it?”
