Periodic drama re-imagining the works of Charles Dickens. The series is a panoply of Dickens characters from various novels living as neighbours. It is set in a fictional version of 19th-century London.
The saga begins on Christmas Eve. Amelia and Arthur Havisham meet for the reading of their father’s last will in testament. The ruthless nature of debt collector Jacob Marley appears to give someone a motive for murder.
