New series. Architects Piers Taylor and Gurmeet Sian help two homeowners in need of life-changing transformations to their existing homes. The aim is the create the transformation within the budget of £100K. With invaluable advice and guidance from the professionals, homeowners are able to add value, character, space and individuality to their properties.

After a successful first series, the programme is back and should pull in as many viewers as the last series, if not more than the 2.6 million per episode previously recorded.
