After ten weeks of baking madness which gripped Britain by its millions, Mary and Paul get us through Christmas with traditional recipes step by step whilst sharing their tricks and tips to ensure that even the most amateur bakers can get it right at home every time.
Earlier this year another dozen bakers entered the famous tent in the hope of being crowned Britain’s best amateur, and while no one would doubt their skills, they faced a few hiccups along the way. Now judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry show them how it’s done with a selection of step-by-step festive recipes designed for all the family to make. Mary prepares a pavlova wreath, a decadent trifle layered with fruit compote and a Rosace a L’Orange, while Paul puts leftovers to irresistible use with his turkey and ham pie, makes a Chelsea bun Christmas tree and closes the show with his magnificent towering pandoro.
