As Luton celebrates its annual May carnival, a man uses the distraction to enter a house and sexually assault two young children, leaving Bedfordshire Police to comb thousands of hours of CCTV footage in the hunt for the offender. The force’s Serious Crime team are investigating more sexual offences than ever before, ranging from attacks by strangers, to a surge in online grooming.
