The legendary warrior Beowulf, travels back to his childhood home of Herot. after many years spent wandering as a mercenary, to pay his respects to ailing ward Hrothgar – only for his gesture to reopen old wounds. However, when the town comes under attack from a mysterious creature, he vows to remain and hunt it down in an attempt to win back the leader’s favour.
