So, the judges are back with Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams taking the seats on the judges’ panel.
Yes folks, it’s that time of year again as the nationwide variety talent show returns for its tenth series. Be prepared for another bunch of would-be comedians, contortionists, street-dance outfits and all-round entertainers to fill your screens as they get a chance to wow the all-star panel – and the viewers at home – with their most prized skills.
This year, the contest looks set to feature as wide a variety of acts as ever, including a one-man band on stilts, puppetry, archery and an orchestra with a twist, and Simon has promised that the winner will receive not only a £250,000 cash prize and a place in the Royal Variety Show, but also a `special surprise’ he has described as `priceless’.
The contest begins as Ant and Dec take up their traditional positions back-stage for the first auditions shows.
