The second episode of two sitcom specials featuring the foul-mouthed pensioner, Catherine Tate’s Nan. When the freehold on Nan’s block of flats in London’s newly fashionable East End is bought up by ruthless property developers, the residents join forces to fight for their survival. All except Nan, who finds herself in a unique position of power over the developers and their oily representative, Charles Wilmott, having purchased her own flat in the 1980s.
