A British sitcom set in Birmingham. The show follows the trials and tribulations of larger-than-life self-appointed Muslim community leader Mr Khan and his long suffering family. Created by Adil Ray, the first series was originally shown in the August of 2012 and gains audiences of around five million per episode.
Clips from the show regularly go viral and has caused a debate within the Muslim community where some see the impressions given show ridicule of the religion whereas others see it nothing more than harmless fun.
