Dad’s Army is a wartime sitcom which was first aired in 1968 and follows the goings on of the British Home Guard during the Second World War. The Programme is set in the fictional seaside town of Walmington-on-Sea, on the south coast of England and lasted nine series with a total of 80 episodes over a nine year period.
