Death in Paradise is a British-French lighthearted crime drama television series set on the fictional Caribbean island of Saint Marie. As each plot opens with the lead up to a murder, the investigating DI goes through the episode gathering broken pieces of evidence looking at possible suspects only to have a moment of sudden realisation, Angela Lansbury style, which results in the revelation of how the murder took place and the ultimate who do it.
