Watch the final episode from the second series of Happy Valley, starring Sarah Lancaster. Series one was a massive hit with UK viewers, providing an amazing cast, a gripping storyline and award winning performances. There were high expectations from viewers this time round. However critics have honored the series as “brilliant television”, and viewers have not been left disappointed.

The return of the crime drama sees Sarah Lancashire as Police Sergeant Catherine Cawood. It has been 18 months since the events of series one. In series 2, Catherine discovers a decomposed body hidden in a garage on a local estate, and soon finds herself in the middle of a murder investigation.

Psychopath Tommy is now serving a life sentence in a high-security prison. When he receives some unexpected news he finds comfort in a mysterious female visitor.

The finale is highly anticipated and promises to deliver – We shall see…
