Series 3 – Episode 4 – As we are hurled straight back into this brilliant, visceral crime drama, writer Jed Mercurio  doesn’t disappoint with this third series about an armed police operation.

Sergeant Danny Waldron (Daniel Mays) and his small, tight team, chase a suspect. The outcome brings in our old friends from AC12, the police anti-corruption unit. They know immediately all is not right with Waldron, an angry, isolated, driven man.

And Mercurio, with his usual audacity, takes us where we never expect to go.
