The retail guru returns for a third series and helps more brands and high-street chains improve the quality of service offered to their customers. She is known for her tactful, to the point manner in dealing with uninterested, untrained staff as she is presented with the challenge of bringing everyone up to speed, sifting out the dead wood and turning the failing business given to her in each episode.
