Final episode of a three-part crime thriller. When his pregnant daughter Lucy is kidnapped, prison officer David Murdoch is forced to take inmate Jules Hope to the man holding her captive. Unaware of the danger to Lucy, DS Susan Reinhardt tries to figure out why Murdoch is behaving totally out of character. A shocking revelation leaves both Murdoch and Jules unsure of who is holding Lucy and the hunt takes them to Blackpool, where Jules was brought up. But Reinhardt is one step ahead and a trap is set.
