Gary Lineker, Clare Balding and Gabby Logan present this year’s big sporting award ceremony live from the SSE Arena in Belfast. They will take us through a year of sport at it’s best with Formula 1, Tennis, Football, Athletics, Boxing, Cycling and Rugby, for men and women.

There are a total of twelve nominees for Sports Personality of the Year 2015. They include Lewis Hamilton, Jessica Ennis-Hill, Mo Farah and Greg Rutherford, Andy Murray, Lucy Bronze, Tyson Fury, Chris Froome, Lizzie Armitstead, Adam Peaty, Max Whitlock and Kevin Sinfield.

Who will receive the most viewer votes tonight?

In addition, awards will be handed out in categories such as Team of the Year, Coach of the Year and Unsung Hero. The Helen Rollason Award will also be bestowed upon someone who epitomises courage, and has the ability to inspire others.
