In the last episode of this series, Holly Willoughby makes some dreams come true and set our tears flowing for us. Tonight, she celebrates the efforts of a woman diagnosed with terminal cancer who helps others other terminal patients achieve the wedding of their dreams. There’s a young girl who loves singing and is given the opportunity to sing beside the cast of Matilda the Musical, and there’s a tear-jerking reunion for a mother and son.
