Jane Kennedy is the new coroner in the town she grew up in but couldn’t wait to escape as she got older. Now she’s back in a job investigating the sudden or unexplained deaths of her childhood English coastal community.
Each episode present Jane with a new and intriguing case to investigate. While Jane is talented and tenacious in seeking justice for the dead, her personal life is a little more complex.
