A 10-year-old lhasa apso is found in a sorry state with matted fur and dreadful skin aside froma surprise heart condition. Follow the progress of Tiger, a two-year-old rottweiler, who is underweight and malnourished. And after rescuing 65 dogs from disgusting site in a Manchester kennels, Vicki Macdonald finds out what happened to some of those she rescued.
