So the counting begins!!! After months of build-up and weeks of campaigning, the decision is finally here. Will the people of the UK choose to leave or remain the European Union? Hence David Dimbleby will be here to anchor the live coverage of the results as the votes are counted across the UK. Experts will be analysing the results as they come in. All eyes will be on the reaction of the markets, most of all assessing the impact the results will have in the days ahead.

This programme also includes the results from Wales, every hour from 11.30pm, which will bring the latest results from the polls from across Wales.

Finally, the nation will have spoken.
